Each box comes packed with everything you need to complete one adorable, creative craft project — including high-quality materials, tools (if needed), clear instructions, and access to a step-by-step video tutorial. We make it easy-peasy and beginner-friendly!

We ship out all subscription boxes during the first week of each month.

If you subscribe before the end of the month, your first box will ship the following month. For example: subscribe in August, your first box ships early September!

We design our projects for grown-up crafters and creative teens — usually ages 12 and up. These aren’t preschool popsicle stick crafts (no offense to popsicle sticks). Some projects use tools like scissors, needles, or hot glue, so supervision is recommended for younger makers.

Once your box is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location (U.S. only at this time). Please allow a little wiggle room for holidays or postal delays!

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. but we're dreaming big, so stay tuned! Feel free to email us and let us know where you'd like us to add next!

Easy! If you have an account, just log in here to view your order status and track your box. You’ll also get a shipping confirmation email when your box hits the road.

You’re in control! Just log into your subscription account here to skip a box, update your billing info, switch plans, or cancel anytime. (But we’ll miss you!)

Due to the custom nature of our boxes, we do not offer refunds once a box has shipped. But if there’s a problem with your order, please contact us — we want to make it right.

Oh no! That’s not the crafty experience we want for you. We do hand pack all our kits and we try our best but we're human, sometimes things happen! Reach out to us using the form below within 7 days of receiving your box and we’ll get it sorted out.

Yes! You can absolutely gift a subscription (or a single box). Just check the “This is a gift” box at checkout and add the recipient’s info. We'll take care of the rest.

YES! Our projects are designed for creative crafters of all skill levels. If you can follow instructions and wield a glue gun, you’re golden. Plus, our video tutorials are there to guide you every step of the way.
